Our Story

Never Compromise.Always Pursue.

We were tired of choosing between a protein bar that tastes good and one that's actually good for you. So we built the one that refuses to compromise.

Walk down the protein-bar aisle and you'll find the same trade-off everywhere: hit a big protein number, but pay for it with sugar alcohols (sweeteners that can upset your stomach), fillers, artificial sweeteners and ingredient lists 30 lines long.

Pursuit started with a simple, stubborn question: why can't a protein bar be genuinely clean, genuinely high-protein, and genuinely taste like something you'd want to eat? Not a chalky brick. Not a candy bar in disguise. A bar you could feel good about after a workout, between meetings, or right before bed.

So we obsessed over the formula. We anchored every bar in milk protein isolate, a top-quality "complete" protein that gives your muscles every building block they need. We sweetened with allulose and monk fruit, two sweeteners found in fruit, instead of sugar alcohols. We kept the list to 10 real ingredients. And we engineered a soft, slightly crispy texture that eats like a treat, because the cleanest bar in the world doesn't matter if you don't reach for it.

The result is Cashew Chocolate Crunch: 24g of complete protein, 190 calories, 2g of sugar, 11g of fiber, 25% of your daily potassium, and not a single sugar alcohol or artificial sweetener. It's the bar we wanted and couldn't find. Now it's the one we make.

What We Stand For

The Pursuit Standard

Protein Quality First

Complete protein with every building block your muscles need, and more protein in every bite. Not just a big number on the wrapper.

Radical Simplicity

10 ingredients you can pronounce. No sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners, no fillers we can't explain.

Honest by Default

Fair comparisons, real numbers, and claims grounded in science. We'd rather earn trust than win the label war.

Backed by Science

Metabolically Optimized Protein

"Metabolically optimized" isn't a slogan. It's a standard. It means protein that helps build and maintain muscle, helps you feel full, and won't spike your blood sugar, all in one bar.

Protein your body can actually use

Not all protein is equal. Milk protein isolate is a complete, top-tier protein. That means it gives your body all nine essential amino acids: the building blocks it needs but can't make on its own. It's the quality engine of every bar. It's also rich in leucine, the building block that tells your muscles to build and repair, so every gram of protein works harder for you.

Two proteins, two jobs

We pair milk protein isolate with collagen on purpose. Milk protein delivers the building blocks that help build and maintain muscle. Collagen brings a different set of building blocks, the kind your body uses for skin, hair, nails and joints. We didn't pick one. We gave each protein its own job, and we're upfront about what each one does.

Sweet, without the spike

We sweeten with allulose and monk fruit, two sweeteners found in fruit. No cane sugar, no sugar alcohols. Both taste sweet without spiking your blood sugar, so the bar stays satisfying at just 2g of sugar. Quality protein that helps build muscle, fullness that lasts, and sweetness without the spike: that's what "metabolically optimized" means to us.
